Good morning,
I ordered product on november 27, it is still saying "on route", it should be delivered between 2 to 4 weeks, can you please tell me where is my product now

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO588459693CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Portugal on Dec 10. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Portugal Post system. Possible location is in Shenzhen airport or Portugal customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Portugal customs.

Dec is Holiday shopping rush season, shipping might have 20 to 30 delay.

Once parcel is released to Portugal customs, Portugal Post website will show its local location in Portugal.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
