Can I please request a redelivery on my package. It is in Woodbridge, VA. The company I purchased from told me to contact you and request a redelivery of my package. Thank you.

JCZ1004009216DH is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called JC Express.

JC Express Tracking Database shows the parcel was Return to Sender from WOODBRIDGE, VA 22191.

We believe the shipper printed wrong address. We don't think JC Express can re-deliver the parcel to your address.

We suggest you ask seller for solution.
