Hi dear
My package was dispatched on 3rd may from Singapore to Pakistan it has been 32 days there's no tracking and I have talked to pak post they said your parcel is not yet arrived in Pakistan when it will arrive the status will be updated on Pak post site

I hope you'll resolve my issue

RB936939179SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive singapore first, then transit to destination country through singapore Post system.

Singapore Post has no arrival info of this parcel, this means your seller gave you a fake number or the parcel was lost before arriving Singapore.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
