help,

please can someone provide me information about parcel with tracking number RP703084454CN...is it back to seller or is it in transit...track info did not update for a month and half???i think it is back to seller due security reasons....

From china post data, it seems that the parcel looped for a couple times in Shenzhen customs. Normally this is a bad news which means the parcel might be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
