Hi,I have been informed that my parcel has been refused by recipient.How can I get China Post to update tracking comments on tracking system to show it has been refused by recipient.
I have raised an issue with PayPal regarding this and they can only refund when status shows it has been refused. My parcel number is - RN346201157GB. It has not been updated since 3rd February. Kind Regards William
