Hi,

I need some help with the tracking number: RI249341986CN.

It has been in "CAN" since Mon 12/8/2014 7:03 pm; at this point I don't know if I should just give up, ask for a refund or keep waiting. It's been over 2 months now! :(

you should open dispute and claim refund.
