Since March 7 -- USPS says:
Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows EA438815624CN was rejected by airport safety check point on Mar 7. What is the item inside?

It is a wall clock.

Wall clock is often rejected as it often has battery inside. China post sent this parcel to airline again on Mar 7. But no further update. This is a bad sign which means the parcel might be rejected again(EMS normally will arrive in 2 weeks).

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get this parcel by end of march, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
