I can’t find any information on my tracking number. Is is legitimate. LO692128320CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO692128320CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Zhengzhou office to Australia on Aug 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.
