http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY036304468CN was shipped from Chengdu to USA on Mar 27. It is still in Chengdu airport.

China stopped all international airlines to prevent cross-border travel. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels and therefore can not send any parcel oversea at this time. So you need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
