Good Morning/ Afternoon/ Evening-
I have a parcel that has been "sent to airline" since 14 JUL
2020-07-14 19:39:58 Zhengzhou Sent to airline
Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

Hi, if your package has been sent to the airline it would wait its turn for a flight. I don`t think there is anything you can do about that but wait.

Most international flights in China have been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. China Post does not have enough air space.So it will take a long time for getting the airlines space.
Please be patient.
