all your items are kept rejected by airport safety check point. What are the items inside?

Hi, it is just a normal fishing item, before this it is only take 2 weeks to arrive. But now, it is nearly more than a month and havent arrived

Hi, for tracking no LA961315776CN..it state that parcel was in “import custom release”, and have no more update since 19th october.

What is actually mean by import custom release? And why there is not moving since then?

“import custom release” is a result caused by airline safety reject. Normally this is a bad news. I suggest you wait another 10 to 20 days. If status keeps showing “import custom release”, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

means the parcel was sent to airline warehouse. It might take 10 to 20 days after sent to airline warehouse before parcel arrives destination.

Hi..would like to know..recently my parcel has reach my country Malaysia but after that parcel is leaving to Laos..may i know the reason?? 🙁

Malaysia Post returned the parcel to Laos. I believe they made mistake. You need open dispute to to seller for refund.

Is there any faster way on how to dispute order in Aliexpress? As the seller want to wait till within 60 days then only can do refund 🙁
