Hello, I have sent a package from Germany to China a long time ago, I see now that it has been cancelled and I wanted to ask why and where my package is? I'm still waiting to return the item so I can claim my refund. The tracking number for the german delivery company is CY734925477DE

CY734925477DE arrived in Ningbo on June 23 but the recipient didn't make customs clearance. After waiting for 2 months, China Post returned this item to Germany on Aug 22 by ocean vessel.
