Hi all,

I placed this order almost 40 days ago for a Mothers day gift and i still haven't recieved anything. The site shows end of may it cleared customs and then 6/1 is last update that just says in transit but there is no further info or US tracking available. Can someone please help me understand where the order is?

After packages arrived US, buyer can track thru USPS website at http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php, except those packages with tracking no. start with "A" or "U". This website will update the status for all China Post packages after it arrives US. Normally it takes about 2 weeks for the package to arrive after customs clearance is cleared. If you are still within your buyer protection period just be patient and wait for a while since you package might still be in transit to you. If you are running out of your buyer's protection you could open dispute to claim refund

how do I know the length of buyer protection and how do i go about setting up a dispute for a refund? Thanks for the help!

you need check with the platform you bought the item. Like if you buy thru Amazon, or AliExpress or Paypal. Check with them. Usually they have policies online, or you can call customer service. Different platform has different refund policy and different buyer protection period
