Hello there,

My parcel AS424624899CN arrived at Italy local sorting center on 08 September 2020 and there is no update since then (usually Italian custom takes 3 days to release)

Can someone please advise on its status?

...and what kind of China post shipping method begins with AS?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS424624899CN shows the parcel arrived Italy on Sep 8. Normally it will be delivered in 2 weeks after it arrives Italy.

Such AS**CN is parcel called China Post direct mail service. From China to oversea , it is EMS , after arriving Italy, it is delivered through a private mailing system which can not be tracked in Italy Post.

If you can not get this item by end of Sept, you need open dispute for refund.
