Hello Forum, does anyone know what courier (s) china post uses? I placed an order on Sept 7, 2019 and was issued tracking # UT224797620CN, there are quite a few updates when I hit track my package that ended on the 19th of September but there all in Chinese. Does anyone know the courier(s) China post uses?

China Post tracking database shows UT224797620CN was sent to airline which went to SFO airport ,USA on Sep 27.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service(most seller uses it for low value item).

Also to save labor cost, both China Post and USPS will NOT scan such cheap parcel after it was sent to airline. So you can not know exactly where it is.

Your seller made very serious mistake. He should not use such U parcel to ship expensive item.

As time has passed more than 50 days, and you still do not get your goods. If your buyer protection is expiring, I suggest you open dispute for lost parcel refund.
