I contacted you guys for a tracking number a few days back. You guys indicated that the seller has not ship it yet but the seller is telling me he already shipped it and for me to contact the carrier. So I don't know who to go off of but the tracking number is

AS977805110CN. Please help! TY

AS977805110CN was shipped by seller on April 20. It arrived US on April 22. Normally such parcel should be delivered in one week after arriving USA.Not sure what happened. I suggest you open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

The estimated delivery date was March 21st 2020. I had no idea it was in the USA on April 22nd. Should i wait a few more days or open a dispute like you suggested?

if estimated arrival time is mar 21st which has passed over 2 month, you should open dispute without any hesitate.

I'm sorry, estimated delivery date was May 21st. So yesterday. Should I wait a few more days?

Also, any updates on tracking number AS977803635CN? I know you guys said it left China on April 26th. But no updates after that, Thanks.

No update on AS977803635CN so far. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by end of May, open dispute for refund.
