This is frustrating. Yes where in Surrey? It was not delivered to my address! I don't have the mattress my address is 177 175a st unit 28, V3z1l1

You must be scammed. That parcel is less than 2kgs. It can't be a mattress. Your seller shipped some junk to another address in Surrey.

You need to call your bank and report fraud.
