Hi,

I ordered a package on March 30th and I got an email with the tracking number LY248627585CN on May 15th, but haven't heard or see any updates on the tracking website. Could you please help me to see if it's still in transit or if it's been lost.

LY248627585CN was sent to airline on may 18. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight to USA . It is not lost.
