Hi can you please let me know if you think it's still normal that I did not receive this package yet?

They claim it was shipped on 11 Deceber.

LO605510174CN was rejected by Chengdu airport safety check point. It was returned to shipper on Dec 29. You cannot get this parcel anymore.

Please open dispute to seller for refund.
