Hi all, I'm wondering if it's normal for
"Departure from SHANGHAI EMS outward office of exchange"
to be stuck for 16 days? Shipping to Malaysia, stuck since "31st March". Any help appreciated, because estimated arrival date when I first checked was 3rd April.
