Hello, is there any info about my order? It's been quite some time and it still shows On Route, can you please check.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA967765892CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Estonia on Dec 1. It seems to be seriously delayed.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Estonia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Estonia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Normally such no-information stage might last 10 to 20 days until Estonia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Estonia Post website will show its new status with Estonia location.

I suggest you wait one more week. If Estonia Post website does not show arrival info by Jan 10, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
