http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA072374311CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhouoffice to Belarus on Oct 30.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Belarus Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou,China or customs warehouse in Belarus). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Belrus Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Belrus Post website will show its new status with Belrus location.
