Its been over a month and i wish i can get a understanding of where my package may be. can someone, customer service or anybody just help me with my package because i really need that.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS259691227CN was shipped from Shenzhen on Mar 12. is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space. You need some patient at this difficult time.

China Post parcel will be delivered by USPS in your country. Once parcel arrives USA, USPS will show arrival information.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
