I am trying to find out whereabouts of my parcel
which has not seemed to move for a while.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UQ489000773CN shows the parcel has arrived in Vilnius,Lithuania on Jun.23.

Vilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. ChinaPost parcel normally will stay here for about 2 weeks for import processing, sorting and then take another one or two weeks to transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles.

Once the parcel arrives in UK, the China Post website will show arrival info. Suggest you wait patiently.
