It looks like my package LY850255654SE has been stuck in Chinese customs for over a month. Do you know what is happening?

LY850255654SE arrived China customs on Jul 28 but never has entered into China Post system. Normally this means the parcel is lost in China customs.

You need file investigation with Sweden Post and claim lost parcel compensation.
