http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO980765530CN was shipped from Nanchang to Netherlands on APril 7. It was sent to Shanghai airport on April 22 and is still in Shanghai.

coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china since early Feb. China Post highly depending on international passenger flight to send parcel oversea and many parcels were delayed . You need wait some more time get update.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
