I ordered a coat on the 19th and they gave me a tracking number UI014001099CN and by the 21st it was apparently on route with an estimated time of 10 days and it has now been 6 weeks and it hasn't updated and no uk tracking arrive can even find it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UI014001099CN shows the parcel was shipped from china to UK on Nov 22.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
