Hi,

Just wondering if I could get an update or ETA on when i can expect my package?
I have ordered and received other parcels from china since the last update on my tracking number: LO928328294CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO928328294CN was shipped from Zhengzhou to Australia in later March. it is still in Zhengzhou airport waiting for flight to Australia.

covid19 has forced china to have cancelled more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. So you might need wait some more time . Once parcel arrives Australia, Australia Post website will show arrival info.
