Shipping has not been updated since March 23, 2020. Where is that package?
LY021239618CN. I ordered the item back on February 25th.

LY021239618CN never left Xiamen airport since it was sent to airline on May 23. this is a bad news which means your parcel has more than 40% chance to be lost.

I suggest you wait 10 more days. If you can not get any update by Jun 10, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
