Good Afternoon,

I ordered my parcels on 31/03/20 and still haven’t received them. Tracking no: LX088085272CN
Please can someone advise me on this?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php LX088085272CN was shipped from Shanghai on April 8. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to UK.

coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china since early Feb. China Post highly depending on international passenger flight to send parcel oversea and many parcels were badly delayed . You need wait some more time to see new update.

Once parcel arrives UK, royalmail/parcelforce website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need to open dispute for refund.
