abd the tracking number is RV964749839CN

RV964749839CN was just shipped by seller on jul 20. you need wait 2 to 6 week to get it in Kuwait. The update is very slow after parcel left China , you need some patient.

but i order it with vip shipping it should take 3-7 days

your seller did not ship the item with VIP. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud.
