I was told a few days away my packages were on the way to USA but there has been no tracking update since April and now one of my tracking numbers that was pulling up information for me in the beginning is no longer working. I need to know if its time to open cases with Paypal and request a refund from these companies.

LY195965898CN is no longer giving me tracking information.

LY100394963CN & LY156268538CN shows no activity since April yet just the other day I was told it'd be 1-2 days.

Please provide me with an accurate update so I'll know if I need to contact Paypal.

LY100394963CN & LY156268538CN are still in Tianjin airport and LY195965898CN is in Shenzhen airport. They are waiting for flight space to USA.

Since coronavirus, China has cancelled most airlines from China to USA. parcels have worst delay in history. Our latest arrival report shows average waiting time to USA is about 40 days. you need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to paypal for refund. otherwise keep waiting.

These three packages aren't even the size of a notebook, I just don't understand this when do you think I'll receive my packages?
