Hello, I just want to ask for a status update on my parcel, RN484096275GB & RN484096267GB. How long does a parcel take to travel through China?
also when looking at the tracking the parcel passed the area (Guangzhou) where it needed to be delivered and was transferred to shanghai customs instead?
Also will the parcel be affected by the National Day Holiday starting next week?

both parcels arrived Shanghai on Sep 18. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

the person called and said that they have already sent it back to the UK but I haven't received any updates of this. Is this true and how long does it take to be returned to the UK

RN484096267GB was returned to UK on Sep 18. Normally return time will take 2 months. Very slow.

The parcel was returned to UK. there will be no more update.
