I would like to known the real status about the RP673914005CN, because I see that the packet is more than 20 days in Departure export customs SHANGHAI.

Colombia Post website (4-72) shows RP673914005CN arrived UAC.CENTRO on Aug 31(Su envio ha sido recibido y ha iniciado el proceso de entrega).
