Can you check status. LS299292735CN?
Is there more flights than there were a month ago carrying packages to the United States?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS299292735CN was shipped from China to USA on Apr 11. it was sent to Shanghai airport on April 22 and is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Now china post has some airline space shortage and delay. You might need wait 2 to 6 weeks to get it in USA.
