My Tracking number is LY231078345CN, it’s telling me the package was shipped on May 5th but there is no location on where the package is. Can you please let me know if it was actually received for shipment.

China Post has no shipping record of LY231078345CN. It was not shipped.

Your seller applied this tracking number from China post on May 5th, but has not actually sent the parcel to China Post office. You should be cautious of scam.

You need to push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real tracking result in next 3 days, then you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
