I have been tracking the shipment, but there has been no update since April 7th. I am still confused why the tracker says "Departure export customs" twice. Is my shipment still waiting for flight space?

LY053659024CN is still waiting for flight space to USA. Now China Post has serious shortage of airline space. you need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund first. You can pay back to seller after you get the parcel in future.

I have been patient. I have been waiting for over 5 weeks now for this EMS shipment. Is there any idea of how long the delays are?
