I am contacting you regarding the international parcel with tracking number CY735663596DE, sent from Germany to Shenzen.

According to the tracking information, the package has been held at Shenzen Import Customs since August 12, 2026 ("Item presented to import Customs"). It has been over two months.
Could you please inspect the current status of this parcel and update the tracking system accordingly? If it can not be delivered, I specificially payed for a return to Germany.

CY735663596DE arrived in Guangzhou on Aug 12. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
