Hello,
please help with this shipment: it was in the customs clearing for a long time, than at the beginning of December according to the info on

the customs clearing has been finished and shipment was supposed to be delievered to the receiver. But now I cannot find any information about the shipment at all: no tracking information is available for this item...
What does it mean?

CY285455155DE is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. The delay normally is caused by following reasons:
1)Shipper forgot to write receiver's mobile phone number and China Post. can not send text message to receiver to make online customs clearance. If this is the case, receiver must call local China Post hotline 11185 for help. They will guide him to make customs clearance in person.

2)Receiver doesn't want to make customs clearance and accept the return. This often happens when the parcel is a return for refund. If this is your case, you need to report fraud to your marketplace (Paypal, Amazon, Aliexpress, TEMU etc) and force seller to refund you money.
