Hello, I would like to know a more detailed status of the order LO756528455CN, as it is a few days without update.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO756528455CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Brasil on Jan 17. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Brasil Post system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or Brasil customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Brasil customs.
This is normal, no need worry.

Now china has coronavirus outbreak, government requires companies to close door until Feb 10. such ePacket parcel shipping and waiting for processing time might delay 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Brasil customs, Brasil Post website will show its local location in Brasil.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
