Dear Admin,

The tracking status of my pacel (RC381111299CN) has been the same, COLLECTION, since 22nd april.
Is it a problem?
Or I should wait? But how long?
Or the parcel is stuck somewhere?

it should be ok. sometimes status needs about 2 weeks to be changed.
