Hello,

I ordered an item a while back, and the shipment (UT031700232CN) seems to have stalled at this last update: "Arrive at the United States secondary processing center". Can anyone tell me what's going on or why it is stalled?

UT031700232CN was sent to USA on Aug 19. If you have not got it, it should be lost.

Please open dispute to seller for refund.
