The tracking says my package hasn't moved since April 13th over 2 months ago. Can someone please tell what happened to it. Thank you!

LY120022056CN was shipped on April 11. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Since corona virus outbreak, parcels from China are suffering serious delay. Our latest stat report shows average arrival time to USA is about 40 days, in some worst cases, maximum waiting time can take 3 months. So we still believe you have good chance to get this item in future, just takes time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund. You can pay back to seller after parcel arrives in future.
