Please help tracking items RE032959350CN since March 14th does not change Written "departed of Country Origin". What should I do?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RE032959350CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Indonesia on Mar 14. It is still in Shenzhen waiting for flight space.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
