Hi,
My shipment was sent on the 12th of may 2020, and still hasn't arrived in Belgium.
It is "stuck" at the kazachstan border since june 22.

Can someone please explain to me why this package is stuck there? and why it takes up to 48 days to only reach the border?

May still be on a train. It's also likely it has arrived to Vilnius Lithuania and is waiting to be scanned and clear european customs.
