Hi there... can you help me figure out why my package has not moved since July 9th. Here is my tracking # AS407629644CN

The parcel should be handled by USPS after it arrived in USA, but unfortunately tracking number start with "A" can not be tracked through USPS website.
http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS407629644CN shows the parcel is in transit to you ,but no updates since Jul.9. suggest you wait patiently, and watch for your buyer protection period, if it will expiring, you must contact the seller or the website which you bought the item to extend the protection or open dispute for refund.
