2019-08-28 17:53 Guangzhou, arriving at guangzhou swap bureau (via transfer)
After that no any sign of it. Can you clarify the status, please? Should I apply for refund?

RP695880241CN left Guangzhou on Aug 28. Normally it should arrive Serbia in 2 to 6 weeks. Your parcel seems to be seriously delayed or lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you need open dispute for refund.

Unfortunately machine translation is unclear: "2019-10-23 17:29
Shenzhen, signed, sent and received room: I sign, delivery staff: Z. C., tel: 185............."
Please, help me to clarify the meaning.
