Hi, I've ordered online almost two months ago.
My tracking number is RW140725337CN.
On your website it shows that the parcel has arrived to the destination country but after that no more updates. Is there any way to figure out what is going on with my order? Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RW140725337CN arrived Canada on Nov 21.

The problem is that Canada Post workers just finish strike and labor action. There are many many many old parcels arrived during strike time are still waiting in Vancouver/Toronto airport for processing.

Canada Post might need 30 to 90 days to complete sorting and handling these OLD PARCELS. You need wait some more time.

I'm receiving calls from an automated system in chinese I guess...All I understand from this message is that I have to pay custom duty but I don't know how.
Is there any email or phone number I can call to figure out what to do?

China Post will not call Canada Receivers, The phone call you received should be a scam. You can contact Canada Post and see if they can find the parcel for you. The parcel now is in Canada Post system, China Post does not control it anymore.
