hi I have this shipment number RV428989838CN delayed for two months, I have no more news since 13/06/2020 , what should I do ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV428989838CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on May.18, and handed over to airlines on Jun.13, it is still waiting for the flight space to Italy.
According to our statistics,the average wait time for a parcel to arrive Italy about 63days, but some parcel did take 113days to arrive, suggest you wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.
