Hello,

I need urgent assistance with shipment ZS22967904699 to Katowice, Poland.

The tracking shows “Unsuccessful Delivery / Delivery Failed”, however no courier came to my address, I received no phone call, SMS or delivery notice.

Please provide me with:
the name of the local last-mile carrier in Poland
the local Polish tracking number
the reason for the failed delivery
instructions for redelivery or parcel collection

Please do not return the parcel to the sender.

your seller must have printed wrong address. You need ask seller to refund you money.

No, in the shop app it shows my correct address.

shop app showing you write correct address doesn't mean your seller printed correct address in the parcel.
